MENTAL HEALTH DOESN’T START IN A COUNSELING OFFICE.
It starts in the places we already spend our lives. Classrooms. Apartments. The Rec. The Quad. Greek houses. Coffee shops. Late nights on Broadway.
You can see the same person at the Rec, on the Quad and out on Broadway without ever really knowing how they’re doing. Dear You gives Mizzou students more reasons to ask.

The Dear You Mizzou founding team completed QPR suicide-prevention training in partnership with Compass Health Network. The training equips students to recognize warning signs, ask direct questions and connect someone with professional support.
